How often should my garage door be serviced?
Industry standard says this should be done annually. We recommend every 2-3 years. Our standard service is $175, and we check spring weight, check nuts and bolts, make sure tracks are not bent, damaged, or out of alignment, check rollers, and lubricate anything that needs it. If there is a motor, we check wires and make sure its limits are set properly and operating smoothly.
